How To Manually Update Samsung Galaxy S4 With I9500DDUBMEA Firmware

Step 1. Download the ODIN flash Tool on your Desktop and extract the folder on your desktop.

Step 2. 
After this Download the latest Galaxy S4 Firmware I9500DDUBMEA on your desktop, Then extract the downloaded zip file. After extracting, you will either get one .tar / .tar.md5 file.
Step 3. Turn off your device so that it can be entered in the Download Mode. To do this hold down Volume Down, Center Home, and Power buttons together for about 5 seconds. When you see the warning screen, let go of all buttons then hit the Volume Up button to enter ODIN Download mode.
Step 4. Now you Galaxy S 4 in Download Mode, connect the Device with Your PC via USB cable. When your device is connected, one of Odin ID:COM boxes will turn yellow and display the COM port number. See the screenshot below:
