
Unrooting the Transformer TF300T is very easy, all you need to do is flash the stock firmware from the CWM Recovery and you will be running on the Stock Firmware with no root access. If you happen to own this tablet and want to unroot it but don’t know where to get started, here’s a simple guide for you. It explains all the steps you should follow to unroot your Transformer TF300T tablet.

I. Before You Begin:
1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.
2. You must have installed ClockworkMod Recovery on your tablet. Please head to our How to Install ClockworkMod Recovery on the Transformer TF300T procedure first, finish it, then return to this procedure and continue.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Stock Firmware (Download link’s given in the Firmware section)
III. Unrooting the Asus Transformer TF300T:
1. Download and place the Stock Firmware on your Desktop.
2. Extract files from the Stock Firmware ZIP archive to your Desktop. You should get a .ZIP file, do NOT extract it.
3. Connect your tablet to your PC using the USB cable.
4. Transfer the ZIP file you extracted from the Stock Firmware archive to the root folder of your device’s internal storage.
5. Disconnect the tablet after you have transferred the file.
6. Turn OFF your tablet using the Power key.
7. Reboot your tablet into the Recovery Mode. To do so, press and hold Volume DOWN+Power keys together.
8. Press the Volume UP key and you should enter the Recovery Mode.
9. From the Main Menu of the Recovery, select install zip from sdcard>>choose zip from sdcard.
10. Navigate to the file you transferred to your tablet and select it for the flashing process.
11. It should take some time to flash the Stock Firmware.
12. After the file has been successfully flashed, choose reboot system now from the Main Menu of the Recovery.
Your tablet has been successfully unrooted, now it runs on the Stock Firmware of Asus which you downloaded from the official website.
