Maybe you’re going to return your device to service center? Or maybe you just want to unroot your device and remove any root-only apps that may cause issues with your system files? Either way, unrooting will help. Once you’re unrooted and back to stock, you’ll no longer be able to install root-only apps but you’ll have your lost warranty back. Here’s how:BY EditAndroid
I. Before You Begin:
1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.
2. You must have a microSD card available with you.
3. Your device should have at least 70% of battery life left.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Stock ROM (Download the appropriate firmware from the first post)
III. Unrooting the T-Mobile SpringBoard:
1. Place the Stock ROM archive on your Desktop.
2. Extract files from the archive over to your Desktop.
3. Now using card reader or any other medium, connect your microSD card to your PC.
4. Copy the dload folder that you extracted from the ROM archive to your Desktop over to the root of your microSD.
5. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your microSD from your PC.
6. Turn OFF your device.
7. Insert the microSD card to your T-Mobile SpringBoard device.
8. Turn ON your device and the update will automatically begin.
9. It’ll start flashing the stock firmware on your device.
10. Once the firmware’s been flashed, reboot your device.
11. And you’re all done!
Brilliant! Your device has been successfully unrooted and you’re back to stock firmware. Your device’s now as good as it was when you unboxed it!
