I. Before You Begin:
1. You must have rooted your device using the procedure given here or here. If you rooted it using any other method, we do not guarantee that the following procedure will work for you.

III. Unrooting the Motorola Droid X:
1. After downloading the SuperOneClick, put it on your Desktop.
2. Head to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Development on your device and enable the USB debugging option.
3. Connect the device to your PC via USB cable.
4. Right-click on the SuperOneClick.exe file and choose Run as administrator.
5. There’ll be an Unroot button in the tool, click on it.

6. Follow all the instructions displayed on your screen.
7. When the unrooting’s done, reboot the device.
8. You should be unrooted now!
